-Health Insurance Card (if applicable)

-List of current medications, any relevant previous imaging (X-Rays, MRIs, CTs, etc.).

What should I expect at my first appointment?

During your first appointment, you will meet with one of our chiropractic doctors to discuss the reason for your visit. After your consultation, you and your doctor will establish a treatment plan. Visit our “Services” tab to see what treatments we offer!
